1. No lifeguard is ever on duty; the swimming pool/spa is used at your own risk.
Residents assume full responsibility for self, family and guests. The association is
not responsible for any injuries or damage.
2. The swimming pool area is open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until
10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. No admittance is
permitted beyond these hours.
3. The pool area gate must be locked at all times. Entry requires the use of the
resident’s key. For safety’s sake, the gate must not be left unlocked or propped
open.
4. Each owner is initially supplied with a pool gate key, which is required for entry to
the pool area. Do not open the gate for those who do not have a key.
5. The pool is for the exclusive use of the residents and their invited guests. Pool area
guests shall be limited to four (4) persons at one time for each unit. Residents must
accompany all guests and are responsible for their guest’s activities at all times.
6. If the unit is sold, the pool area key must be relinquished to the new owner.
Identification or a pool key is required for the use of the pool area. Anyone not
having proper identification will be asked to leave.
7. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied in the pool area by an adult
resident 18 years of age or older. Infants who wear diapers are not allowed in the
pool, with or without diapers.
8. The following are NOT allowed in the pool area:
- Glass or Styrofoam containers. Drinks must be in unbreakable containers,
- such as cans or plastic cups.
- Pets are absolutely forbidden in the pool area facilities. Health codes
- prevent this and the area could be shut down if this occurs.
- Surfboards, skateboards, bicycles or other large toys or the like are not
- permitted. No balls, Frisbees, etc. may be thrown in the pool area.
- Barbecuing or other preparation of meals.
9. Rowdyism, boisterous actions or any other undue noise which interferes with the
peaceful enjoyment of the pool and pool area will not be tolerated. No running or
diving is permitted.
10. Radios are permitted, but the user must wear earphones in order to prevent
disturbing others.
11. Please cooperate in maintaining maximum cleanliness in the swimming pool area.
Do not litter. Place trash into trash receptacles and cigarettes into ashtrays.
12. Life saving equipment is for emergency use only.
13. Hairpins and metal clips must be removed from the hair before entering the pool.
14. Spa cover must be replaced after use.
